Return & Refund

At Blutee, we aim to provide premium quality Shirts, Hoodies, and T-Shirts and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The size received is incorrect

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags, packaging, and labels are intact

📌 Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products showing signs of use or damage by the customer

  • Washed or altered items

  • Products without original tags or packaging

  • Items purchased during clearance or sale (unless damaged)


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@blutee.in

  2. Mention your Order ID, reason for return, and product images (if applicable)

  3. Our support team will review and guide you through the next steps

🚚 Return pickup availability depends on your location.


4. Exchange Policy

  • Size exchanges are allowed subject to stock availability

  • If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose an alternative product or request a refund

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery


5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are initiated only after the returned product passes quality inspection

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method

💳 For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI


6. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Return shipping may be chargeable if the return is not due to our error


7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible

  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 3–5 business days


8. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear images or videos of the product and packaging

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost


9. Color & Fit Disclaimer

  • Slight color variation may occur due to screen settings

  • Fit may vary based on body type and personal preference

  • Please refer to the size chart before placing an order
